Did the shred. I didn’t really want to, but I pushed even harder for some reason… my pushups were pretty good though…! I went almost all the way down when I was doing them, which was good. I’m still on my knees, but I think that having good form is what counts, because a 90 degree pushup on your knees is better progress than a shitty pushup on your toes. Anyways. I also pushed myself a little harder in the cardio sections. And I used my hand weights when I was supposed to (for some of the moves, anyways). I think I’m going to stay on level one for as long as it takes to get up to the “advanced movements”, and then move up after one or two days following Natalie.
It might take more than 30 workouts to get to the end of the challenge, but hey, I’ll get there if it takes 30 or if it take 45. Also, I’ve decided that once I reach mastery at level 3, I’m going to start alternating the levels, and probably mix in my other J-michs DVD, Banish Fat & Boost Metabolism. And on my “days off”, I have been going to the gym or taking the dog on a longer than usual walk, so it’s all good.
Day 4 = complete. Day 5 = tomorrow, hopefully
